The Hilton Rochester is the host hotel for the 2024 Fall Summit. NOA has secured a reduced hotel rate ($179/night plus taxes); to receive this rate, hotel reservations must be made before Wednesday, October 30, 2024. NOA has not authorized any travel companies to make reservations on members’ behalf. Please do not share your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent websites.

Airport

Rochester International (RST): located just 8 miles from downtown Rochester, the airport is serviced by American, Delta and Sun Country Airlines.

Alternately, the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Rochester and offers more connections.

Ground Transportation - Complimentary, but Advanced Sign-Up is Required!

NOA is incredibly grateful to the Rochester CVB for providing complimentary ground transportation for all attendees between the Rochester International Airport or the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and our host hotel, the Hilton Rochester.

For your convenience, all shuttle times coincide with the inbound and outbound flight schedules for MSP and RST. Additionally, the shuttle service, provided by Rochester City Lines, will monitor the guests’ flight status, so in the event of a delay or cancellation, the team can accommodate accordingly so no one is left at the airport.

However, space is limited and all bookings must be done at least one week prior to the event; if there are no signups for a shuttle time, it will be removed from the schedule a week prior to the event. The ground transportation booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email.
