Affiliate Groups

NOA does not host affiliate groups at our meeting and we kindly request that no competing meetings or event occur at a time that conflicts with our events. Groups are welcome to schedule meetings prior to or after the NOA Annual Meeting & Leadership Academy on their own.

Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy

The Nursing Organizations Alliance (NOA) has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment; we require all attends to read and agree to our Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy during registration.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of registration, exhibit space or sponsorships must be submitted in writing to the Nursing Organizations Alliance Headquarters. Cancellations received on or before August 20, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.  Cancellations after August 20, 2025 will not receive a refund.

Dress Code

The attire for the meeting is business casual. Please note that meeting rooms may be cool, so layering is recommended. Also, some events will be held at venues other than the hotel, which may require you to walk outside.

Note: exhibitors are encouraged to attend and network at the Friday off site event from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm and are welcome to attend breakfast on Saturday, November 22 for a final opportunity to network with the meeting's attendees.

Ground Transportation
