NALA Overall Objective

The program's overall objective is to provide consistent, effective governance leadership education for individuals within nursing organizations.

Content and learning experiences will assist leaders on their journey of development and refinement of the knowledge and skills necessary to govern and lead their organizations effectively.

Opportunities to build strong networking relationships among leaders of national and international nursing organizations will also be provided.

  • Organizational leadership teams

  • Full Board attendance/ teambuilding

The target audience has the desire to enhance their knowledge of board leadership roles and responsibilities, governance, and organizational strategies for success.

NALA is a great resource for organizations' board orientation/board leadership development.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Nursing Organizations Alliance. If received by July 28, 2023, The Nursing Organizations Alliance will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of the registration fee. After July 28, 2023, no refund will be given. Replacements are always welcome and can be arranged through NOA Headquarters.
